Frequently Asked Questions

All Aureum Properties apartments use secure, contactless self check-in via a smart lock or key safe. You'll receive detailed access instructions by email 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, though early/late options may be available on request.

Several of our apartments offer access to secure underground parking on request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Public car parks (NCP Mailbox, Arena Central) are also within a short walk of all our properties. Please contact us before booking if parking is essential.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking total, excluding the cleaning fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate pets at any of our properties at this time, with the exception of registered assistance animals.

All Aureum Properties apartments are strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes. A deep-cleaning charge will apply if evidence of smoking is found.

All bills (energy, water, broadband WiFi), hotel-quality linen and towels, a welcome pack, and full access to the apartment's amenities are included. A one-off cleaning fee is added at checkout, shown clearly before you pay.

Guests are welcome, but the apartment must not exceed the maximum occupancy listed on the apartment page at any time, including during visits. Parties and events are not permitted.

Subject to availability, we're happy to extend your stay. Simply message us via the contact page or your booking confirmation email and we'll do our best to accommodate you at the same nightly rate.

House Rules

  • Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM (early/late by request, subject to availability).
  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time, including for visitors.
  • No smoking or vaping inside any apartment.
  • No parties or events.
  • Please treat the apartment and building as you would your own home, and be considerate of neighbours, particularly between 11 PM and 7 AM.
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues to our team as soon as possible.
  • Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance animals.

Damage & Security

  • A refundable security pre-authorisation may be required at check-in for some apartments.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
  • All apartments are professionally cleaned and inspected between stays.

Privacy

  • Guest information is used solely for booking administration and is never sold to third parties.
  • Communal areas of buildings may be covered by building security cameras; apartment interiors are not monitored.
